our diy wedding.

Brandon and I got married on September 28, 2013, at a beautiful refurbished barn in Fort Mill, SC. Being the DIY lover I am, I DIY'ed most of the wedding decor to suit our outdoor loving personalities. I started the wedding planning journey a year before our wedding date and quickly realized that while there are a ton of ideas out there (thank you Pinterest!), wedding planning is a strenuous yet exhilarating process that can be so much more special if you find the aspects that fit the two of you. Here is my journey through wedding planning in a series of posts: **(If they don't have a link yet, it's because it is a post in the works so Stay Tuned!!)**

  1. Your DIY wedding! It looks beautiful and So glad that it executed so smoothly. You both look wonderful together. My fiancé also loves such small DIY parties so we both might have a family wedding at the local garden NYC wedding venues and will do everything on our own.
